No Service Whatsoever!!!

I need to dispute a listing on my profile, however to do so I need a payslip and 3 months bank statement for the month the account was opened. That was over 1 year ago and I cannot get these documents. Can never EVER get through to your call centre so now what???

How come Transunion does not require these to do the same thing, which they have done already?
