No Response to emails
Do you get an ombudsman for a credit bureau? I would like to know how long does a closed account remain on your credit record. I know TransUnion are 2 years and Experian? My African Bank credit card were closed Nov 2018 and it still appear on my profile even though African bank themselves requested it to be removed. TransUnion removed it as soon as they received the instruction. the same with my FNB loan account. FNB gave instruction for the profile to be removed and once again Experian cannot be bothered and the profile was already removed from TransUnion. Why is it so difficult for Experian to follow instructions?

Thank you, even if the creditor themselves ask for the account to be removed? Thought they are the ones that give you the instruction.
