No response to call and emails

I have tried contacting the credit bureau on the Phone: ***and was put on hold for hours on end. Emailed my query and the above to *** with no response. Meanwhile, Experian is showing an account on my profile that has been prescribed… Could someone please assist and contact me to update my OTP receipt method to my registered email or update my cell number so I can receive OTPs to access my Experian credit profile/s….
