NO RESPONSE TO ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION

Service is NON-EXISTENT, never mind terrible, unacceptable, horrific, the worst.... no response at all to emails, no answer on the telephone lines, and if you visit their offices in person, they instruct security to remove you from the premises because they refuse to engage with any members of the public except per email or telephone.... but then they do not even respond on these platforms? They read emails and send read receipts, but NEVER respond. I am thinking they no longer operate as a registered entity and should be deregistered and removed from the public service arena.
