No response or efficient enough with credit disputes!

I am busy planning to buy a house and im studying my credit report every month since January , paying off certain things , for the past 2 months it shows I am paying double my amount for my vehicle insurance , I sent them all documents requested, and I am trying to follow up no answer at the number on their website and have emailed since Friday for an update on my dispute , no response. I don't understand how can a company that handles our reports not be responsive or efficient enough , you guys are playing with my future honestly ! The day I laid the complaint I was told they waiting on my insurance company to confirm or get back to them, but I literally sent them all documents they requested from insurance stating how much I pay. So I don't understand what's the hold up.
