no response or assistance from Experian for 6 months!!!!

Debt rescue has sent my F19 clearance certificate and paid up letters to Experian in March 2021 ,i have sent several follow up emails and have received no response I have tried calling several times and there is just no answer ,how can i get my name cleared if nobody at Experian responds to emails yesterday I got a read receipt from Verna but no response emails sent to ****** since April 21 and still my name is not cleared Antonio Campbell ***
