No response on customer service line

I am shocked that Experian has provided a customer service number which is never answered! I have spent over R200 in holding fees while attempting to contact them over the past 2 weeks. On several occasions I managed to get through and had the call dropped on me before I could even speak to a consultant. Can someone from that company please call me back urgently? This is very frustrating and completely unfair considering that nothing is listed on the credit report which was provided by Experian.
