No response on a dispute lodged 2 months ago
I logged a dispute almost 2 months ago about a listing for an account that is settled. No dispute reference number, no feedback, no nothing. The listing is still showing, I've been sending emails and no one is responding. Can you please advise of the outcome of my dispute.

02 Feb 2021, 17:36Someone by the name of Leah Ramoroka sent me an email on the 27th, I immediately responded with my queries but she never rep**** to my email. So she was just sending an email to make your company look better? Still no response about my dispute and I am still listed. I am lodging a complaint with the credit ombudsman since I am not getting help.
