NO RESPONSE
On 9 June 2021, I challenged My Information on my credit report. Up till today, I have not received any feedback nothing. On the 2nd July was the first time I received a reference number (CAS***) but still no reply. I did the "challenge my information" on the website and sent an email and no one has ever bothered to help. Nothing has changed on my report from what I can see. CAN SOMEONE HELP
