No response

I tried registering on the Experian website to get my credit record but I got an error that I am already registered. I sent a query to get my login details on the 3rd of December 2015, only 28 days later that I got the response to forward a copy of my ID and proof of residence so that they can send me my login details. I did that but I never got any response after that...it's been 14 days now, what an atrocious service from one of the top bureaus in the country that encourages citizens to always check their credit records. What's the turnaround time for service requests at experian?
