No Response

I submited a email at Expirian based on them stating I'm in bad credit for a student loan yet I have paid all necessary accounts and been trying to get a hold of them but the don't respond even they internet service is giving me problems it redirects me back to the start, I really need to get a clearence letter that states I'm cleared<br>
