NO REPLY...AGAIN

I sent a dispute to *** on 17.08.2021 and up until today have not received a reference number/reply or even a phone call. when you call the contact centre then you hold forever and eventually end the call. ARE YOU INTERESTED IN HELPING PEOPLE OR NOT???? CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH MY DISPUTE
