No OUTCOME

I logged a dispute on my credit report to get my credit report updated and just don't any satisfaction in any way. I phoned and no one is willing to try and help or to get back to me. I'm applying for home loan, because of my credit report that is not up to date it gets declined. This is really serious matter as the people who we want to buy the house from is emigrating end of June 2015. I really need just that little extra to be done.
