No one works at Experian it seems

ive been trying to get my credit record fixed the past month i have sent emails with no respond and the phone number just rings and rings with no1 to pick up. and dont say i need to wait more when ive been on a ringing phone like from 8 am to 5pm the whole day while i do other things it just rings.

i have an account closed years ago like since 2013 and on there system it still says its open.

it seems Experian love to put you on default but when you want to fix it they ignore you.

my email ticket is EXPERIAN-290912 but i have yet to hear call from you guys
