No feedback received regarding my credit applicati

Good day <br> On the 14/01/2016,I sent an email to [Email Removed] informing them regarding my paid up accounts attaching the paid up letters received from my credit provider.<br> I then faxed the exact email and the additional documents on the 25th again. Since the 14th it is exactly 9 days to date that I have not received any response from them. This is devastating ,to think that they don't have the liberty to get back to you even within the time frame of 5 working days and they are the people in charge of your credit profile . I am wondering if my CP is in good hands. I already have my credit report since 05/01/2016 ,all I want is confirmation that the above mentioned has been amended on my profile as - PAID UP!
