No feedback on disputes lodged.
Does not answer the call center phone, my call was dropped after 25 minutes of holding. Lodged a dispute, no feedback provided. Generic responses are provided and and every agent asks for the same document. Terrible service. Despite a court order provided and proof of service, still no action.
