No Feedback on Dispute Logged (Remove Debt Review Status)

Have logged a Dispute how many time to remove the Debt Review Status from my Profile and have attached the clearance certificate with all documents.

No confirmation of documents received and also don't answer the phone for the last week.

This is very urgent please assist??
