Experian is a registered credit bureau that currently hosts two data platforms, namely the Experian data platform and the Compuscan data platform.
Feedback was sent to you on 15th October 14h02 from Jacques regarding your Compuscan data.
Regarding your Experian Data the 2 African Bank accounts are still reflecting as open. We need to allow the creditor 60 days after the account was settled before we can assist with logging your dispute.
Warm regards
Debbie

21 Oct 2020, 14:31No emails were received from Jacques I specifically went back to check, not even in my junk mail, please send the mail from the e-mail he originally sent to *** if possible so that I can see what the problem is.
Accounts settled more than 60 days, please send me either an e-mail address or telephone number where they actually answer the phone.
You last updated your systems according to fnb in 2019, how is that possible? Please understand my frustration because this is now reflecting on my credit report although it has been paid.

I have sent 5 emails to experian and did not have one reply.
first email already in September.
