No Feedback, no replies - Pathetic Service!

The service from Experian is pathetic! Calls are never answered and emails to *** are never responded to. A dispute was logged in the first week of November 2023, a follow up was sent on the 14th only to get a response on the 27th confirming receipt and that the dispute will be resolved/closed in 20 business days, this is absolutely BS as this is negatively impacting my credit profile for longer than anticipated. I followed up again on the 5th Dec and the 18th Dec, low and behold, still no response! yet we are to entrust you with our personal details and give you the power to influence our credit! I expect a call from someone regarding the dispute logged with proper feedback and resolution or I will pursue legal action against Experian SA
