No feedback from Experian

I have send numerous mails and not getting a response. I have received feedback on my dispute logged and it was in my favour. Account that was paid up was closed but now the dispute notification is still reflecting on my credit check. Dispute notification on report - EAG***. Could you please advise when this will be removed as I cannot apply for finance while that is still in place.
