I put a complain regarding my score which went down by 18points on April, I demand answers as to why the score went down by 18points I didn't do anything any credit equary wht so ever, experian told me Dat they hv escalated the issue to their scoring department they will get back to me, to date m still waiting I wrote a complain on June, the ather issue was a dispute on my jet account Dat 1 is fixed I appreciate it, but the main issue is the points that went down by 18 imagine whole 18points its rediculas I need answers. M working hard to fix my score
