No feedback and no action

I wrote in sometime concerning poor service experienced at experian credit bureux. To this day I still had not received feedback. My emails are being ignored altogether as i am no longer receiving feedback. Experian does not want to update my profile that i am no longer under debt review. This is a total inconvenience for me. All other mahor cewdit bureux have updated my profile. I need experian to update my profilw so that i may be able to move on with my life. I first requested them to update my profile in december 2015 and according to the NCA they have 20 working days to do so but they still have not. I think i will escalate the matter to the credit ombuds as i have exhausted all avenues given to me.
