No feedbac or response.

I Emailed experian twice , got no feedback, they say a have an account that is not up to date but there are no listings, defaults what so ever, I paid them for my credit report and score about a week ago and did not receive my report yet, tried to phone them no answer, I really do need to get this sorted out and I am very unhappy with the service I am not being mean it is just really important to get this sorted out Please.
