No dispute acknowledgment

When raising a dispute, there is no way of knowing if your dispute has been received as they do not give you any acknowledgment of your dispute. According to the ombudsman a dispute reference should be sent in order to follow up and if required to escalate it further.

Getting hold of Experian is extremely difficult and very annoying as they do not answer mails or calls.

This is the first time I am seeing that reference. Why do I have to come to this platform in order to get any assistance. Its seriously pathetic. I get no response via emails and the call centre is non existent. You guys are one of the largest bureaus. Improve your service!!!

Good day

Thank you for the feedback, we will check with the agent responsible for not communicating the reference number with you.

Can you please provide a number that I can contact that actually answers the calls. Or get someone to call me if that is not possible. I thought once I got out debt review it would be smooth sailing but Experian is just creating problems by not properly updating my profile as Compuscan and Transunion does.
