No customer service...credit history not updated.

No update on my African Bank credit card accout payment and its affecting my credit score. Last update was Dec 2021. African bank has confirmed that they have sent the update to Experian. I have sent an email as well to Experian, no feedback has been received. Logged a disputr on the website. Still no feedback. Even Worst trying to call them. Calls Never answered....May you kindly update please my credit profile please.
