NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK OFF!!!

Customer service is non existent here, i have been trying to get hold of them for days now & no one has answered my call in my many attempts. This is frustrating because our credit score adjustments (Which are extremely important) are in their hands which affects our progression & plans yet there is no efficient service from this company while they hold so much power. RIDICULOUS!!!
