NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO REPLY. NO FEEDBACK.

No customer service. Holding for 40 minutes on the phone to follow up a dispute. Emails go unanswered. Even when they reply to a review on Hello Peter, they don't contact you EVER! They are ***** and just reply to reviews to make themselves look better. Go read all the reviews on Google as well as on Hello Peter. The management does not give a toss about the situation at their company. Unfortunately they are the guys in charge of consumer credit. Quite a large responsibility, yet they choose to act in this way. I hope to never deal with this company in my life again. Worst service that I have experienced from ANY company in South Africa. Please don't bother with the generic reply please Experian. Unless you want to call me on my cell and apologize for your pathetic service, I am not interested in empty promises or ****ty replies.

Thank you for stating the obvious. If you took the time to go and listen to the recordings as well as my previous review, you should see that this is not the core issue I have with your client service. The core issue is that the first time I tried to log a dispute, I was told there was nothing to dispute. Then I try to buy a property and get told that Experian has negative ratings of my previous debt (the debts I wanted to dispute in the first place). Then I try to log a dispute via email as you say I should on the recorded message as well as on line. 5 days go by and no dispute was logged. Another 5 days lost. Then I finally managed to log the dispute (the one that you are referring to). Now I must wait another 20 days when you were supposed to do your jobs the first time. How does that work? So I am being shafted as a client whilst you and your company refuse to do the work that your business relies on to generate revenue. So please, don't make me out to be stupid or that I don't understand. The fact is no one does their jobs at Experian. This comes at my expense as a client. Why can you not take into consideration that this dispute would've been resolved a long time ago if your consultants did a simple thing such as doing their jobs? Nowhere did anyone come back to me with a resolution to this complaint, like maybe speeding up the process due to YOUR negligence! My next recourse is the Ombudsman. Clearly a violation of the credit act.

Good day. Will this be like the last complaint I logged and no one called me even though that same complaint was also "escalated"? Please see my previous review. There you will be able to see the date of the complaint, the date of your reply as well as your promise to contact me. That never happened.

Good day. So it has been seven days since you escalated the issue as you put it. Since then I have had NO communication from Experian. So prey tell, how did you escalate the issue? I am once again trying to call you and I give up after holding for 40 minutes. Tell me how you still deem this to be good service to the client. If someone from Experian does not contact me today regarding my dispute, I am logging a complaint with the ombudsman. Please don't take this lightly. I am languishing here because I still can't apply for the property I want to purchase due to your negligence. That is your fault. Call me today to resolve this issue. If not, scroll up and read again.
