NO CONTACT FROM EXPERIAN/COMPUSCAN.PAID ACCOUNTS STILL SHOWING AS UNPAID.RECORDS NOT UPDATED.

I had accounts that I already paid in December but they still showing on my Experian/compuscan report as not paid.I have been contacting the call centre for the past 2 weeks no answer from an agent or any form of communication you wait for 2 hours holding for nothing then they cut the call.they don’t respond to the emails either.guys can you please update my details because I can’t apply for any credit and it’s affecting my profile negatively.can you please get someone who will call me or someone I can talk to not your IVR matching. should you choose to ignore this notification, I will consider any contact not in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Act, a serious violation of the law and will immediately report to the ombudsman and NCR Federal Trade Commission and, should it become necessary, take legal action to protect myself.
