No consumer support
I have a product with Experian because I am trying to sort out my credit score. I have been having problems logging in for the last 5 months but it keeps blocking me to call help desk. I have been calling for all these months no one answers the phone or respond to all the emails I have sent. Funny thing is that they never delay to get their money from my account.
