No comunication, no feedback and no one bothers to do their jobs.

I tried to log a dispute with Experian due to being rehabilitated in July 2021. When I called them, they told me that there were no negative listings to be disputed. Skip to December and I put an OTP in on a property that I would like to buy, only to find out that there were negative listings on my credit profile with Experian. I then called them and after waiting for 30 minutes they told me that there are negative listings on my report and I should log a dispute. So once again I log a dispute via their email. No one gets back to me. This was 11 days ago. This morning I phone them and they still have not logged the dispute although they received the documents 10 days ago. I am still trying to buy my first property, yet they don't seem to care. The emails that they say a person must send go unanswered. They don't do their jobs except when a creditor needs a reference. It is absolutely unaceptable service. I was told that the court date was not readable on the document and that is why it took them 10 days to finally log the dispute. I asked why they couldn't contact me if there was a problem, they said they don't know. It is unprofessional, unacceptable behavior from Experian's staff. I will most probably lose the house that I wanted to buy due to their inadequacy in service and willingness to do their actual jobs that they get paid a salary for. I was in contact with Kelello Mothebe.

Do you really think that adding a generic reply helps the matter at all? I am asking that you address the matter speedily due to your company's negligence yet this is what I get? Your representative said there was nothing that they could do to speed up the dispute. Why not? It is due to them not doing their jobs in the first place, is it not? Yet it was done speedily on time from my side and I lost 11 days. Not an acceptable response I am sorry.

7 days later and no consultant has been in touch either via email or telephonically just as I predicted. Poor service, un-kept promises, no updates even if you send an email asking for one. I think Experian would be better off if they just pack up their things and maybe start a business selling flip flops.
