no communication wrt dispute #EPM***

Experian claims to have a turn around time of 20 business days yet I've been waiting for communication on a dispute that was registered on the 8th of December 2020. I have no idea if if i have i dispute logged and still being investigated or the dispute has been resolved as im i want to apply for a home loan but without communication with regard to the status of my credit profile i cannot do so this is extremely frustrating. They have been on the phone trying to get through to someone via the call center and e-mailed with a response that i must first make sure that the information has not been corrected before following up, like i would just type long emails without having my facts straight. I just wish to get feedback as to what has happened or how far along the process of the this dispute is please EPM***.
