No communication or resolution 10 weeks later

It seems to be impossible to get an account status updated, for an account that has been closed for 2 years.

No response to the ticket in 10 weeks, no reply to follow ups, and impossible to get through telephonically to follow up. Basically, you just have to accept invalid data on a credit report, whatever the consequences.
