No client service

I've been calling since beginning of this week no answer held on the line for almost two hours in different days sent emails not even a ticket is generated for a reference, your agents pick up calls and put clients back into the que how pathetic, may I get my report ASAP I've sent an email with all my info I need to get the report before this week ends as I am in a financial predicament and Experian is in the center of it all since customer care services aren't available.
