No clear contactable details

I've tried more than a million times to get hold you this company since FNB homeloan have informed me that there was an update of unpaid account trying to find out which account is it. I've called serveral times with no luck the call just get to switch board then from there they tell you they going to transfer you to customer service yo hold for 20 minutes after that you get cut off.i've emailed aswell no reply.
