NO CHANGE OR UPDATE AFTER DISPUTES

I have two accounts that were paid up in Jan 2020, logged a dispute with Experian but I never got a response and months later the accounts are still showing as open and overdue, I attached my POA and Paid up letters but still Experian still has my accounts as open, Compuscan update the details on their side, aren't you guys partners or something? Please fix those accounts
