No assistance from Experian
I was recently flagged incorrectly as being under debt review. The National Credit Regulator has already cleared my name. I have been emailing Experian and have not received any responses, as well as trying to call them and hanging on the line for ages with no answer .

14 Feb 2024, 12:47Hi , I was not under debt review . The institution that incorrectly flagged me was a company called debt experts. They have already sent a mail to Experian to confirm that I was incorrectly flagged . The NCR has also already cleared my name . But Experian has not.
