No Answer, phone just rings

How are we supposed to log disputes if no one will will answer the phone?<br> Only answering machines.<br> <br> My phone bill is getting higher and higher because you hold but no one ever picks up the phone.<br> <br> I want to log a Dispute for my paid up tracker account that still shows a owing balance.<br> It has been more than 21 business days since the account was settled but still shows a owing balance.<br> <br> How else can we log disputes if no one will answer the phone?
