No Answer or feedback from Experian.

I sold my house almost a year ago, I am unable to buy another house or apply for any credit as this house is not been removed from my profile.

I have been trying to phone Experian office for a month now.. NO ANSWER

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SEE THIS AND CONTACT ME

All other credit bureau's removed it.
