No answer, No response to e-mails

I have been trying for weeks now to get trough to your call centre to log a dispute, I have been able to trough twice just for the consults to drop the call, the other times the phone just rings for up to 35 min before being cut off. I have sent 6 emails from my email address [Email Removed] to date no feedback, but I get read receipts.<br> I need some to contact me ASAP to have this resolved as this matter has already been resolved with your competitors.<br>
