No answer ,no response .

ive been trying to call Experian for my credit report and I doubt they have call centre agents , I sent them a mail and it took them two weeks to respond ,today they sent me a mail with my new log in details but they didn't include pin number on the mail , I called them I was holding for more than 30minutes and no responded .
