Never trust Experian Stay away from them!!!!

Experian.. you are a disgrace as a company in South Africa. I would hang my head in shame if it was my company. Have you read your overal satisfaction rating with the citizens of this country? After months of trying to contact you, finally someone gave me a callback. I was promised that you would escalate my dispute and call me back with a resolution. We as normal citizens of this country is sick and tired of your company. You need to wake up and resolve your internal problems. I am at the point of seeking legal advice and sue you for mal practice and gross negligence as my company and livelyhood is taking a negative turn. It cannot be this difficult to investigate a dispute when you have all the necessary proof and documents to finalize the dispute. Your lack of urgency is absolutely astonishing to say the least. I have been battling with you for over 5 months and i am sick and tired of your attitude and overall dont care attitude. Seems to me that there is no real work ethics in your company.
