Negative customer service and experience

What a nightmare I have had with Experian, my credit report is incorrect showing multiple paid up accounts as owing having an adverse effect in me applying for any sort of credit as this is keeping my credit score at an all time low. I have made numerous attempts to contact the bureau to no avail am stuck. Please update my report and assist with the multiple login attempts. My experience as a customer has been an intensely negative one.
