NAME NOT CLEARED FROM EXPERIAN SA DATABASE

I was under debt review with OneDebt and my debt was settled in September 2020. My name was suppose to cleared as the debt collector did submit all the necessary documents to Experian SA but nothing was done

I called them after many days of trying to get hold of them eventually I did. I spoke to o e of their agent whom requested I must submit all the documents of all the accounts and cleared certificate from the debt collector. I submitted the documents and they rep**** that they needed current proof of residence which I submitted again.

After that they went quite. I tried calling them no answer and send email no answer.

I'm still showing on the Experian credit SA database that I'm under debt review even though my debt I cleared and paid for.
