my status not updated and it's the 20th day

today marks the 20th business day for campusscan to update my credit score. nd my score is not updated nd no 1 is informing me about whats happening. so If I don't get response today then have no choice but to logged a complain with credit beraue ombudsman. as we're supposed to update my credit score within 20days of ur working days
