My profile has not been updated since September 2020!!! Pathetic Service!!!
Wish there was rating for no star at all!! I've been struggling for weeks to get through to experian via email and phone calls. They haven't update my profile since September and I am in the process of applying for a Homeloan. I have been phoning them every single day but they do not answer their phones. WHy are they still in business if they do not do what they are suppose to do!!!! I am ready to go to the ombudsman with them if they don't sort this out immediately!!!
