My nightmare since 2012 continues!

I am trying in one last ditched attempt to have removed ********** activity from my name. I have sent numerous mails with email trails of the ***** as well as mails from Cell C stating that all credit agencies have been informed of the issues under my name. I have been unable to move my accounts for the past few because of the bumbling service received from the various credit agencies. Fortunately Trans Union has obliged, however no such action from Experian. No answer of calls nor mails. I wish I could put a black mark against their name as quickly and blindly as they add peoples names to their lists! You have wrecked my credit score and I wish nothing more than for your company to feel like you are in my shoes. Perhaps we could all benefit from one credit verification agency as opposed to a whole host of headless chickens. Trans Union are the only agency to action mistakes quickly and courteously.
