My dispute rejected without any investigation

I made a dispute online regarding my African Bank account which I have been paying without skipping any payment but I was told that the statement from African bank says my account is not up to date without having conduct any investigations with African bank to find out with them.

I have been paying this account without skipping any payment so why would my account be in arrears?
