My credit score worries, why give 2 different versions

I have been trying to get a credit and I'm told that I have very low credit score with compuscan and if I visit their website my credit score is sitting at good, I don't Know which one to believe since all the companies are referring me back to compuscan and said they retrieve the credit score as it is, why am I getting 2 different credit score and contacting compuscan is not easy at all as they I don't answer their calls or if they do their agents are either *********** or do not customer service care. Already made 7 more enquiries as I am in need of credit and that is affecting my credit score even more.
