My credit score still reflects as zero !!!!!
My query regarding my credit score being zero has not been resolved. I received a call from Chante who was friendly and advised it would be resolved. Unfortunately to date it has not. I received an email from Kim stating my payment history is updated but gives no explanation or update as to why my credit score is zero. I HAVE since sent mails to both Kim and Chante and they've simply not responded.... How is a person suppose to get their information updated!!!!!!
