My credit score makes no sense
I gave you'll 4 stars since you did help me the last time when I had a problem. But I want to bring this new problem to your attention. I have a credit score of 605 just 2 days ago it was 620 . An I did nothing that could have affected it. The only thing I did was dispute a few enquiries that was made on my account. How is this possible. All other credit bureaus my credit score is in the high 600s an low 700s. Please tell me why my score went down

05 Dec 2025, 23:27I haven't gotten a reply from the department that I was referred to. I sent a email to the department you told me to an then they referred it to servicedesksouthafrica . Who never acknowledged my complaint. Can you please find out what's going on
